Unable to load Video Stream/Player

 

Several customers have reported intermittent issues viewing our camera and other video feeds in Chrome, Firefox and especially Safari . The browser developers have removed support for certain video streams including the default stream for our cameras.  We have contacted our camera manufacturer to see if there is a firmware update that will change our default stream setting.

 

Luckily, our cameras simultaneously stream in multiple formats and you can use this feature to view  the camera.

 

To access the list of available streams:

 

1.  Open the camera settings

 

 

2.  Click on Stream Setup
