What are your shipping rates/policies?

 

Most of our  birdhouses ship FedEx or unless other arrangements have been made.  Cameras may be shipped via USPS.  If you would like an alternate shipping method, please contact us when you place your order.   We will email you a tracking number when the item is shipped.
 

Our standard shipping rates are

$10.00 for Cameras

$12.50 for Birdhouses with cameras.   

$20.00 for Birdhouses with solar systems (requires 2 boxes)

$20.00 for pole mounting systems

Large/oversized items  such as Owl and Wood Duck systems (non-solar) are $15.00.

 

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship to the continental US.   We can make international deliveries to Canada but please contact us for shipping rates. Additional taxes and VAT is the customers responsibility.

 

What is your return policy?

Every unit is tested and is guaranteed to work right from the box. Within the first 30 days, if you are not satisfied for any reason, please call us at 1-800-606-6428 and we will assist you in returning the product and issue a refund for the purchase price.  Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer pays return shipping.

All electronics also comes with a 12-month warranty from the purchase date.

Solar Panels come with a 20 year warranty on the power production of their panels. Because there are no moving parts, the only wear-and-tear these systems see is from daily sun exposure, year after year. This is factored into the 20-year warranty, which states that by the end of the twelfth year, the panels should still be producing at 90% of their initial capacity, and that by the end of the 20th year, they should still be producing at 80% of their rated power.

In addition, all plastic lumber birdhouses and carry a lifetime warranty.   Please retain your original invoice.  Damage related to normal wear and tear is excluded from this guarantee.  Sorry squirrel damage is not covered under our policy.

 

How do I track my order?

Being a small company had advantages and disadvantages.  The disadvantage is that we do not have an online tracking system.

When an order is placed online, an email confirmation is automatically generated.  When an item ships, we will send an email with the Fed-Ex tracking information.  One of the advantages of being a small company is that all of our birdhouses are handcrafted in our workshop in North Carolina and personally packaged for delivery.  We can accommodate changes. additions and deletions up until the day the items are shipped.  For more information, or to make changes to your order,  please contact us.
